Congratulations on becoming a CAD Tutor! Here are some some helpful things to remember:
- Before your first tutoring shift of each semester, you MUST see Tech Support to receive your user account. This is not necessary if you have already received a user account during a class at the beginning of the current semester.
- If you need tech support during a time when the A&E CAD office is closed, submit a help ticket and a support tech will respond as soon as possible.
- Make sure to have the other tutors’ phone numbers and email addresses in case you need someone to cover your shift.
- Contact Brian Hagerty if you need to make a permanent schedule change.
